Prison Coaching

We provide training programmes to give officers the knowledge, skills and attitude to get the best out of prisoners.

Officers interactively learn to use the unique 3W coaching model designed especially for use in prisons, along with communication skills, significantly enhancing the officer-prisoner relationship.

Officers will develop a positive belief in the potential of prisoners and the confidence that they can achieve progress in the prisoner’s life.

We have designed a coaching model to meet prison conditions.

Our trainees are taught how to use brief conversations to decisive action.

Officers will discover the importance of setting SMART goals, of developing an action plan and raising motivation – and how to use it in their regular work.

More than security personnel, officers should be coaches, prompting and supporting prisoners into changing their lives.

We equip staff with this integrated model to ensure they use everyday interactions to encourage, motivate and drive inmates towards achieving the positive goals they have set for themselves – and thus: Bring the best out of prisoners.
